Hello!
I have never been interested in trying oysters, yet, learning to shuck them in 15 minutes actually sounds interesting. And obviously will lead to putting them in my stomach. So perhaps I will try this….
The bottom line here is learning to get the most out of the nutrients in the foods. And that is important enough to learn how to properly prepare them, as well as help house-guests gain that nutrition as well.

I think I have a good handle on some basic techniques, but I want to learn how to do more. Mainly how to make stock, broth, and cook organ meats properly.
I'm hoping to learn new ways to prepare organ meats.
Hi! I am looking forward to learning about cooking with fish! It is a great giveaway!
eh, not so much on disqus – I thought I had a name there but it didn't show up. I am sure it is my fault but still eh. :o)
I would like to take this course to branch out and learn some new techniques. Also would love to learn how to properly cook cuts I may not have worked with before and also seafood which I have very little experience cooking.
Hi Jocelyn! I will be mentioning your giveaway under the Real Food Media section of my Thoughts on Friday link love post at http://www.amoderatelife.com. This really is an amazing course and best of luck with your giveaway!

Thanks so much Alex!
Duly noted! Thanks for your input, I'm not completely sold on Disqus either, but I'm still giving it a chance to see how it works out.
I visited the surf and turf cooking class page and I would love to learn everything I can about grass fed beef because we are buying a young bull this fall!!! Especially the organ meats!!! I am pretty clueless about those portions of a cow. Thanks, Jennifer Lorentifamily@gmail.com
I signed up for your RSS feed and would love to win the free class!!!

I like you on your fan page and would love to win the cooking class.
I am subscribing to your RSS feed! Would love to win the class! thanks.
I love giveaways and am slowly learning how to enter in so many different ways…LOL.
Disqus is very confusing for a first time Commenter like me. I entered 5 comments only to find I needed to create a Disqus login. I know I am pretty pitiful but there must be others like me. Thanks slowly learning.
I most want to learn to “Shop for healthy, sustainable seafood” and how to cook seafood too. I’ve done the organ meats but need to learn about seafood. Salmon is about all the seafood I cook. I’m also excited about all the recipes.

I love giveaways, especially the ones that have to do with real food or all natural products.

I personally hate Disqus. For some reason, every time I log into Disqus and leave a comment, I have to reload the website before it lets me type anything in the box for my next comment. Then, because I reloaded the page, I have to log into Disqus again. It's a pain. Plus, if you use random.org to pick your winner, your comments are not numbered and you have to count them. I've participated in a giveaway where the website author miscounted and I should have won. The other time, I won but only because she miscounted. She ended up giving the prize to the “real” winner. Not impressed with Disqus!
